This section attempts to describe the Back2Front philosophy with respect to the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of private information, including personal information and client information. Private information includes client and user contact information, web site statistics, account-related information, and any other information belonging to the client that may be considered personal or private by them. Private information excludes any information available publicly on the web, or through any other public source, or for which the client has granted public access to.

Collection:

In general, Back2Front collects private information by asking for it, gathering it from client submissions, or from logged information sources. Our philosophy for information collection is to attempt to determine the types of information clients consider private, not collect any private information we don't use, and to be prepared to identify and make clear to clients what private information is being collected and why.

Storage:

In general, Back2Front stores private information in secure locations, in private and/or secure public locations. Our philosophy for information storage is to attempt to determine the importance attributed to information by clients, keep unused information in private locations, secure access to information to which clients have use for or interest in, and to be prepared to identify and make clear to clients how information is being stored and why.

Use:

In general, Back2Front only uses private information in service of the client to which the private information belongs. Our philosophy for information usage is to attempt to determine what uses of information would be considered of benefit to clients, restrict information use to those uses identified as being of benefit or potential benefit to clients, and to be prepared to identify and make clear to clients how information is being used and why.

Disclosure:

In general (except where restricted by law), Back2Front only discloses private information to the client to which the private information belongs. Our philosophy for information disclosure is to attempt to determine what information clients would like disclosed to them, make such information available to them in a convenient, and yet, reasonably secure manner - so as to prevent those not authorized to see the information from being exposed to it, and to be prepared to disclose any other information we store to its owners in a reasonably timely manner.
